Garlic Crostini
16 1/2-inch thick diagonal baguette slices
1/4 cup Boyajian Garlic Oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush one side of each baguette slice with Boyajian Garlic Oil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and arrange on baking sheet. Bake for 4 minutes. Top with chopped parsley.
Yield: 16 slices
Variation: Substitute Boyajian
Rosemary Oil, Black
Pepper Oil or Basil
Oil for the Garlic Oil.
Crostini is perfect with a variety of toppings: roasted red pepper, grilled eggplant, chopped kalamata olives, or chopped tomato.
