Ordering Online

You may order products directly from the product pages. Please use the pull-down menu in order to see the sizes available for each selection (some selections may be available in one size only). Non-perishables and smoked salmon ship separately. Shipping costs for smoked salmon are included in the cost of each option.

Ordering by Telephone

Master Card, Visa and American Express are accepted for phone orders.
(The Discover card may be used with Paypal only).

Payment

Online payments are processed by Paypal. If you are a Paypal member, our system will process orders from U.S. addresses only. All transactions are processed via secure servers. No credit card or other personal (payment) information is transmitted to us. All transactions are subject to verification and we may contact you to ensure proper completion of an order. Confirmation messages are sent automatically to your e-mail address by Paypal and you will receive an acknowledgement from our shipping department as well. You do not need to be a Paypal account holder to order online.

Gift Purchases

If you have a Paypal account, you may select "Add address" during checkout in order to record the recipient's address. If you do not have a Paypal account, or if have any questions about gift purchases, please contact us.

Shipping

All non-perishable items are shipped via UPS Ground
(7 to 10 business days).

Boyajian cannot ship to a PO Box
Only orders with a street address will be fulfilled.

Smoked salmon is shipped via UPS Next Day
(Mondays to Thursdays only).

Boyajian has suspended sales of caviar (see our statement).

All shipping prices apply to the continental United States only. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us. Until further notice, we are unable to ship to international destinations.

Orders received by 5 PM Eastern Time for in-stock items will be shipped within the following two business days.

Since a signature is not required for our shipments, please arrange to have someone accept delivery. As well, please make sure that your address information is accurate. Boyajian will not be held responsible for misdirected shipments and the shipper may charge a return fee. UPS will not deliver to post box addresses.
